Your email address is shared only with your host or if you choose to respond to other guests' comments on the dedicated event page. We do not sell or provide your email address to any third parties.
The RSVP management software is $19.99/month or $199.00/year up front if you are
embedding it on your own website, or only $5.95 per event if you are using it from our website.
Receive one month free from your yearly cost for each friend you refer who signs up at $199.00.
Yes, the information is hosted on a secured and dedicated server and we do not sell any information that is collected about respondents, hosts, users, or clients.
The data is hosted on a dedicated server that is backed up daily.
No client/user data reside on client websites. The iFrame only gives access to the software through a “window”. The actual software and data sits on our server.
We offer technical services to help embed and customize the software into your website to start the service, should you hire us to help you. Otherwise, we provide the code that can easily be embedded into your website by your current technician.
We have found that once the site is embedded, you will not need support from RSVPhere as the software runs itself. However, we are available to answer questions should you have them.
Also, as RSVPhere makes website improvements and adds new features, your RSVP iFrame will automatically take the new changes so that you and your users have access to them.
Two ways:
Clients: Choose to add a new event. Choose a host and continue through the event wizard.
*You can change the host in the event admin where you edit event details.
Host Users: You may not add a new event. You may only be given events by clients who have the software.
Ex) The favor of your reply is requested at www._________.com
Please enter the event date and secret code: ___________
Ex) Please RSVP at www._________.com
Please enter the event date and secret code: ___________
You must either include the direct link for them to paste or the date and secret code. (They will need either/or to RSVP.)
Items that can be customized:
The wizard takes you through setting up your event. You can edit these items at any time.
Paper Invitations: Please direct people to RSVP on your website by printing your website address and the Event Date and Secret Code they will need to login to your event.
Email Invitations: You may use our address book feature to email communications out directly. These automatically include the link to direct your guests to RSVP. You may also use any other email source and newsletter by just including the a link to your website to direct guests to RSVP there via the Event Date/Secret Code or the direct event link.
Facebook, Twitter, Newsletters: Include the a link to your website to direct guests to RSVP there via the Event Date/Secret Code or the direct event link.
Yes, all they must do is re-RSVP using the same email address and the newest information associated with that email address will save.
Hosts can also go and edit their guest lists and delete guests as well, under the Guest List tab.
This is the same for our clients who own the software, and the host users they set up.
On the website of the client, there is a login button you may use. You will be taken to your administration area. From there, you may manage your RSVPs, customize your events pages, add/subtract links, set "save the date" email reminders, edit comments and access a ... host ... of other functions.
**Note, only clients may cerate new events either for themselves or for their host users. Hosts are the only ones requiring the need to login.
RSVPhere.com performs well in most browsers, however not so well in Internet Explorer version 6. Try opening the site in another browser, or upgrading your browser (you may be having trouble with other sites as well due to this issue).
Also, please consider if you are trying to access it from a corporate location where a firewall may be preventing you access.
If you are clicking on a direct link and nothing is happening, try copy and pasting it into your browser. Your email/settings may be set up so that this step is required.
You must RSVP either way to participate in the event comments and gallery.
*Note: Hosts have the option to restrict the blog and gallery to the host only, so if you have responded and you are still having trouble, this may be the reason.
You can revisit and edit your RSVP event page as often as you'd like.
Send out paper invites and direct your guests to respond online.
For email invitations, click on " copy to clipboard" at your At a Glance Manager and paste the link into an email or online publication, including other websites where you would like to use RSVPhere.com as the RSVP resource.
Sure! They may paste the website and secret code or event link into the other online publication. Then, specify to the guests that this link is where they should RSVP!
No. We are electronic RSVP software that we sell to companies to help them manage RSVPs and event details.
Yes! We have an address book that you can use to email out invitations in addition to the hard copy ones you sent out, or in lieu of them.
We also provide you a link to the RSVP page for the special event. You can then go into any email, newsletter or other online publication and paste the link for your guests to click on directly.
(*Note, you must direct them to the client’s RSVP page where they can paste the event’s direct link or enter in the Event Date and Secret Code)
Absolutely! Log in and look for the "Event Gallery" box on the Event page. You might already see thumbnails of photos that other guests have uploaded. These photos are only viewable by the host and those invited guests with the secret code and unique event ID.
Choose "Login". Click on "forgot my password". The email may go to your SPAM folder in your inbox. Please check carefully. You will need to click on the link in the email that is sent to you to reset your password.
If your host has chosen to display them, the links are to trusted vendors, merchants, lodging, restaurants, means of transportation and information about the local attractions in the city where the event is taking place. They also may be linking out to training, or sponsors.
You will be notified and their information will be saved. Your guest can still have access to share thoughts through your event page and revisit to check out photos that other guests may post of your event. If they change their minds to come, they can re-RSVP and it will automatically update guest totals.
At this time our functionality allows you to "close" an event for RSVP's so that no more people can RSVP.
You can also change the details of your event at any time, so you can replace your event details with "This event has been canceled".
You can send a message in the event "reminder email" box that notifies of cancellation.
Or, you can send a communication through the address book if you would like to notify your guests as well. You may delete your event from your dashboard, or ask your vendor to do so for you if you do not have the option.
